On October 22, 2006, the East Bay Gay Guys monthly reception, organized by Peter Gilbert, was held at John Monteverdi’s home in Oakland. In the basement of John’s home is the Haunted Caverns. By our count, 176 ghouls and goblins attended the event. Several never made it out of the caverns.
